Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Margot. If something is not quite right, we have made our returns process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible, because your comfort and confidence matter to us.

Our 30-Day Return Promise

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit was not quite right or you simply changed your mind, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

To begin a return, please email us at support@margotharrogate.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

Return Delivery and Restocking Fee Policy

Return Delivery

All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return delivery costs.

  • Choosing a courier that supports customs clearance and provides a valid tracking number.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes and handling charges.

  • Providing complete and accurate customs documentation.

Please note that Margot is not responsible for returned parcels that are delayed, rejected or lost due to customs issues, unpaid charges, incomplete documentation or an unsuitable delivery method.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee helps to cover inspection, processing and stock-handling costs.

The restocking fee also applies to:

  • Unopened parcels.

  • Refused deliveries.

  • Unclaimed parcels that are automatically returned to us.

Exceptions

The restocking fee may be waived if an item arrives damaged or defective. All exception requests are reviewed individually.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed.

Once processing has begun, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be declined depending on the status of the order.

After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

Fast and Reliable Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and we will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Please note:

  • Original delivery is always free, with no unexpected delivery charges.

  • Customers are responsible for return delivery and customs costs for returns made because of a change of mind or an exchange.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns unless an exception has been granted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We never want this to happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@margotharrogate.com.
